RHUMBIX FOR OWNERS
The T&M workflow empowers the transparent, free-flow of data from the field to subcontractors, then up to general contractors, and finally to owners. The Rhumbix system is architected such that all needed stakeholders can have access to the data to understand the level of pricing risk present on a project.
RHUMBIX FOR CONTRACTORS
Ultimately, GCs sit between the owner and the subcontractor in the T&M workflow. Often T&M work arises because of owner initiated changes associated with design development or changes. GCs are typically contractually required to execute changes required by the owners, and typically do not have any visibility of the quantity, extent, or value of change orders that might be expected on a project.
RHUMBIX FOR SUBCONTRACTORS
The RMBX EWT solution is equally applicable to subcontractors as it is GCs. Subcontractors are often disadvantaged by T&M work, when GCs reject legitimate requests for compensation due to poor administration, or inaccurate records. Delays to processing T&M tags often means the costs of capital for work installed falls on the subcontractor, for whom the cost of working capital is already disproportionately high.
